Media Focus Ltd has about 40 clients, including both private and public sector organizations. In 2004 Media Focus took over the media monitoring staff and clients from PR-company KPMS ja Partnerid, this way acquiring 10 years of monitoring experience.

The company was established by Hannes Rumm in 2004. He graduated from the Tartu University and has worked at the newspapers Eesti Päevaleht, Postimees, Hommikuleht, Eesti Ekspress and has also hosted several radio and television programs.

In 2001-2004 Mr Rumm worked as the chief official of the European Union Information Secretariat at the State Chancellery of the Republic of Estonia coordinating public information and communication prior to the EU-referenda. For the successful work he was awarded with the Estonian Order of the White Star in 2004.
